In keeping with the sentiments expressed above, I am sharing with you my “Life List” of things I’d like to accomplish before I die. Some goals have already been completed – yea! Some goals are more ambitious than others and may take the rest of my life to complete. This list is neither exhaustive nor static. But it’s MY list, and perhaps you’ll learn more about me through it!

• Travel to all 7 continents and all 50 states
• Ride in an untethered hot air balloon
• Go on a Disney cruise
• Swim with wild dolphins
• Learn to SCUBA dive
• Sing lead vocals in a small, for-hire group
• Take tap dance and ballet lessons
• Design and build a house
• Become a CM Sr. Executive Director
• Send both my children to college
• Earn enough money for John to retire at age 52
• Take private flying lessons
• Celebrate my 50th wedding anniversary
• Live to be 101 years old
• Join the DAR (Done – June 2006)
• Become a CM Unit Leader (Done – June 2005)
• Own my own business (Done – March 2000)
• Have children (Done – 1999 & 2001)
• Return to Europe by the end of 1998 when my passport expired (Done – June 1998)
• Earn an MBA from Case Western (Done – May 1998)
• Direct a choir (Done – Sept. 1995)
• Marry the man of my dreams (Done – Oct. 1994)
• Travel to Europe (Done – Jan. 1989)
• Be admitted to William & Mary College in Virginia (Done – Fall 1988)
• Sing a solo (Done – Fall 1981)
